Lifetime Warranty on Replacement Parts
If you unintentionally damage your reusable razor and you can no longer use it, we will provide you with replacement parts, free of charge (excluding postage costs). See our refund and returns policy for more details.
To qualify for replacement parts, you must:
- Have bought your razor through our website & not through a partner.
- Provide images of the razor so we can see which parts to replace.
- Have been using the razor for at least 6 months since your purchase date.
- Not have redeemed a parts guarantee before, as it's only redeemable once.
- Not ask for replacements due to chips, scratches or flaking of paint. This is due to water damage. You must keep your razor dry after use and away from a wet environment. The razor is still fully functional.
- Pay for the postage of your replacement parts (£3.99).
